I asked for a quote to get AC for my home... due diligence says I should get multiple quotes and make a decision void of emotion and influence by sales.  Alas, the organization will not entertain a quote if the purchase is not immediate, or a planned date is not in the immediate future or there is no planed date.  Due diligence is not welcome, thus I've moved on. Edit: You dismissed my request for a quote before you even proposed a site visit.  Very unprofessional. Update: Got an email from Google Reviews....  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Daryl saved my family at the cold snap right before the 2022 Christmas when my 23-year old furnace quitted working. Knowing I have small kids at home, he listed my request as priority and appeared promptly. After a quick diagnosis, he gave me two options: replacing the control board for around $800 or upgrading to a new high efficiency furnace at a really reasonable price. I chose to get a new furnace and Daryl started to working on it right away and got it done before the end of the day. Really hardworking and decent guy with rich experience! I really appreciate Daryl especially after learning my colleague’s Neighbor was charged over $6k for a new furnace under same situation.
